1. Curing factor: For the curing of adhesive, the general manufacturer provides a temperature curve. Generally speaking, it can cure at room temperature. In practice, it is advisable to cure at a higher temperature as much as possible to give the adhesive sufficient strength and hardness after curing.
2. During the dispensing process of the dispensing machine, bubbles can affect the quality of the product, so there must be no bubbles before dispensing. If there are bubbles, the distributor will produce many defective products. During use, the air from the glue should be discharged to prevent the distributor from spinning.
3. The vacuum suction valve must be installed on the distributor. Due to the fact that the vacuum suction function is designed to prevent glue leakage in the dispensing machine without dispensing, if this kit is installed, the vacuum suction valve can be adjusted reasonably to further control dripping and wire drawing.
4. Specification and type of needle: During the dispensing process, the specification of the needle will affect the size and accuracy of the dispensing machine. When the air pressure is within a certain scale, the larger the nozzle of the needle, the greater the dispensing rate. Therefore, we need to locate the specifications of the dispensing needle according to the product size produced by the dispensing machine. Generally speaking, the inner diameter length of the needle is half of the diameter of the dispensing point, so the effect is very good.
5. The size of the dosage is determined by the duration of the dispensing machine during the dispensing process. In our experience, the longer the time, the greater the allocation volume. This can ensure that there is sufficient glue to bond the parts, avoiding resource waste caused by excessive glue.
6. The commonly used adhesives in the dispensing machine industry include epoxy resin, quick sol, silicone, anaerobic adhesive, UV adhesive, etc.
7. Pressure directly affects the supply and flow rate of glue. The worse the fluidity and thickness of glue, the greater the required pressure. Therefore, during the production process, the pressure should be adjusted according to the temperature of the dispensing machine, the amount of glue dispensed, and the characteristics of the glue. The pressure of the dispensing machine is regulated by its internal pressure regulating valve.
